Three Daisies Vintage

My wife squealed with delight as we pulled into the driveway, then she thoroughly enjoyed browsing the selections. I chatted with the Mother/Daughter combination at the front of the store, then caught up on Facebook.

I go antiquing in Aurora about four times a year and the spot that this cute little store is in has changed hands a few times In the last couple years. I wanted to see what was inside and was delighted. It definitely will be my new favorite antique/vintage store. Everything is displayed very nicely and not cluttered. I particularly loved the huge display of mid century Christmas decor, which is my thing. The only thing I’d say could improve is the friendliness and customer service of the staff which I’m sure is the owner and her daughters. They seemed preoccupied with something at the desk. A friendly “hello” and “if there is anything I can help you with, let us know,” goes a long way! I will give them the benefit of the doubt that they were busy as it was the Saturday before Christmas. Cute store!

It's tempting to give this place a bad review because of the passive hostility of the person manning the counter but oh well, she could tell i wasn't buying and i wasn't because they are predominately a furniture store and I was looking for glassware. However, they have some beautiful mid century pieces appropriately priced. Whoever does their buy know their stuff.
